Assistant to CEO

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Managing the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general office support, such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and managing files.
  • Communication: Facilitating communication between the CEO and internal/external parties, including board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Assisting with project management, including research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business information.
  • Travel Arrangements: Planning and coordinating travel arrangements for the CEO, including itineraries and accommodations.
  • Expense Reporting: Tracking and processing expense reports.

  • Experience recording information from one document or medium to another
  • Experience reviewing written text for typographical consistency, grammar, and spelling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
