Job Purpose
To provide high-level administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the CFO, ensuring efficient financial operations, accurate reporting preparation, effective communication with stakeholders, and proper follow-up on strategic finance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support

Manage CFO calendar, meetings, and priorities.

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.

Coordinate Board, Audit Committee, and Executive Finance meetings.

Handle confidential financial documents with strict discretion.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis Support

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Consolidate data for management presentations and board packs.
-
Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Track financial KPIs and prepare dashboard summaries.
3. Coordination & Governance

Follow up with Finance teams on deliverables and deadlines.

Coordinate with Internal Audit, External Auditors, and Tax advisors.

Maintain documentation for compliance and governance requirements.

Support implementation tracking of finance-related initiatives.
4. SAP / ERP & Data Management

Extract financial data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Prepare structured reports and ensure data accuracy.

Maintain organized digital filing system for financial records.
5. Communication & Stakeholder Management

Draft professional correspondence on behalf of the CFO.

Liaise with department heads regarding financial matters.

Support cross-functional projects requiring financial oversight.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. (English Commerce)

3–5 years of experience in finance, executive assistance, or financial analysis.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.

Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
