Responsibilities
Supervise Personnel & Manage Business Resilience Operations
-
Lead the establishment of Oaktree’s Business Resilience Center of Excellence in Hyderabad in partnership with colleagues at Los Angeles Headquarters
-
In partnership with Human Resources, assist with recruitment and onboarding of multiple resources at Analyst and Senior Analyst level to build out Business Resilience Operations presence in Hyderabad

Train and retain a motivated team of individual contributors capable of supporting dynamic diverse tasking
-
Directly contribute to development of tier-based task workflows to ensure timely and accountable service delivery

Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 service tasking for Business Resilience Operations catalog items – directly fulfill Tier 2 tasks and escalate to Tier 3 according to protocols for specialized or sensitive requests
Service Delivery & Program Support Tasking

Vendor Management – Risk assessments, risk escalation, due diligence, ongoing monitoring and issue management at direction of the Vendor Management Office (VMO) at Headquarters

Business Continuity & Crisis Management – Support Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Crisis Management activation protocols, Hyderabad Site Crisis Management Team (SCMT)

Corporate Travel Program Administration – Corporate credit card fulfillments, corporate card audits and regular reporting of planned and completed business travel itineraries to inform internal management customers at direction of VP, Travel & Aviation at Headquarters

Insurance, Records & Information Governance Administration – Fulfill certificate of insurance requests, administer logical access control requests and support retention review projects at direction of VP, Insurance, Records & Information Governance at Headquarters
Global Resilience & Security Operations Center (GRSOC) Enablement
-
In partnership with Head of Corporate Security, establish GRSOC function in Hyderabad, ensuring 24/7 monitoring of open-source data sources and system sensors

Provide escalation and support to global colleagues responding to all-hazard incidents with impact to Oaktree’s office facilities, business processes, business travelers and physical security posture

Conduct administrative tasks to inform broader OSINT collection, threat analysis, and reporting to relevant stakeholders
-
Fulfill security service requests and monitor security system health
-
Support regular audit and updates to processes and protocols to ensure readiness as the organization changes
-
Produce access control reports for internal consumers of security systems data, audit access control data and monitor health of regularly scheduled reporting job
Administration and Continuous Improvement

Administer Business Resilience Operations-related service catalogs in ServiceNow, processes and GRC platform to ensure efficient service delivery and data quality
-
Consistently represent Business Resilience Operations in partnership with software platform owners, project managers, vendor partners and business analysts to drive improvement of service delivery and GRC technology

Clearly define and maintain SLAs, performance metrics to SLAs and other reporting as required to keep management informed of service delivery performance while informing operational and strategic decision making

Identify continuous improvement opportunities – articulate requirements for system/process enhancements and/or defects
Experience
-
9-14 years of business continuity, risk management, GSOC operations and/or relevant business resilience-related experience required
-
Prior management/supervisory experience overseeing multiple individual contributors preferred
-
Investment management and/or financial industry experience preferred
-
Significant experience using ServiceNow a plus (ITSM, BCM, TPRM and/or GRC/IRM modules)

Familiarity with relevant control frameworks a plus (ISO 22301, ISO 31030, ISO 27001)

Relevant certifications a plus (PMP, GSOC, CBCP, CRMP)
