Ansell is looking for a Jr Territory Sales Manager to join our Industrial team in Istanbul Asia.
In this position as Junior sales you will play a vital role in promoting and selling Ansell’s products within an assigned territory of Black Sea and part of Eastern Anatolia territories (Main focus Sakarya, Bolu, Samsun, Trabzon, Rize ve Erzurum), using both end-user and distributor networks. The role works closely with Territory Sales Managers and Senior Territory Sales Managers for support in achieving sales targets.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Manage and grow end-user business within the assigned territory to meet revenue and market share targets.
  • Develop and execute monthly sales and conversion plans with line manager; share knowledge with peers to improve performance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders; represent Ansell at trade shows and industry events.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies based on account profiling and market analysis, recording data in CRM.
  • Collaborate with distributors to drive growth through joint visits, training, sales meetings, and effective coverage of key segments.
  • Oversee pricing, expenses, budgets, and forecasts to achieve profit objectives; ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards.
  • Monitor competitor activity, customer feedback, and trade expenditure to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Support customer service, quality, and marketing initiatives; complete personal development plans and special assignments as directed.
What will you bring to Ansell?
  • Previous Sales & Customer Service Experience (preferably in the industrial and/or scientific industry) or business support.
  • Proven consultative selling and channel experience, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of distribution networks.
  • Familiarity with end-users, resellers, and existing industry networks.
  • Strong data analysis, budgeting, reporting, and CRM system proficiency.
  • Persuasive communicator, self-starter, team player, solutions-oriented, personable, and practical.
  • Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English (minimum upper-intermediate level)

  • This role requires 75% of frequent domestic and occasional international travel.
