Associate 2

Position Summary:

Meet the daily order deadline by efficiently transferring and compiling parts according to a system-generated pick list. Ensure parts are kitted, labeled and packaged according to department specifications.

Essential Functions:

• Read, understand and follow work instructions related to assigned tasks.

• Pick and prepare parts in an efficient manner, meeting internal, incremental deadlines.

• Accurately complete applicable paperwork or QMS updates.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Comply with all safety standards and guidelines.

• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma required.

• Previous experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Other Skills and Abilities:

• Detail oriented with ability to follow directions precisely.

• Computer literate in a Windows environment.

• Written and spoken English skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Ability to distinguish between colors with good visual acuity.

• Able to squat, stoop, twist, and bend.

• Ability to walk and stand on cement floors for long periods.

• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays

• Able to work in warehouse environment.

• Able to handle routine assignments of a repetitive nature.

• Able to perform repetitive motion with hands and arms.

• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment; hearing protection as required.

• Able to wear ESD protection as required.

• Able to operate a pallet jack.
