Associate Attorney

Job Overview:

Alperin Law and Wealth seeks an associate Attorney with an interest in rotating between Estate and Trust Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, and/or Civil Litigation Departments. We're looking for an innovative professional who is respectful and relatable and shares our commitment to continuous learning and growth. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in a combination of Estate and Trust Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, and Civil Litigation with direct client contact, case load management, as well as the ability to collaborate with support staff in the firm.

Candidate qualifications:

· Admitted and in good standing to practice law in Virginia, other jurisdictions a plus

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Excellent organizational skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient with technology

· Knowledge of estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, civil litigation

· Knowledge of real estate, title, and/or business law a plus

Admitted and in good standing to practice law in Virginia (Required)

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000 commiserate with experience
