Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Clearfield, PA. The Associate Attorney will handle various legal responsibilities, including conducting legal research, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients.

• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research
• Eager to be taught
• Able to work loyaly within a strong team
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Active bar membership in Pennsylvania
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and collaborate within a team
• Prior experience as an attorney or in a legal role is a plus
