Associate Attorney

O’Brien, Belland and Bushinsky, LLC, an AV rated, mid-sized labor law and general practice law firm, located in Moorestown, New Jersey, with satellite offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - seeks an Associate Attorney admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey (required) and New York (preferred)

The ideal candidate is a client-focused practitioner with experience and/or an interest in consumer bankruptcy, consumer foreclosure, residential real estate, estate planning and administration, landlord/tenant, basic civil litigation and consumer litigation.

Qualified candidate will have:

• Demonstrated litigation experience in federal bankruptcy courts in NJ and PA (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach
• Ability to independently manage a varied caseload while contributing to our collaborative Firm culture

This position offers a competitive salary and an opportunity to build a practice with a fee sharing arrangement - in addition to mentoring by a senior attorney in your practice areas.
