Associate Attorney

Job Overview
Austin law firm Arnold, Placek & Foerster, P.C. is looking for a 4-6 year associate to join our insurance and business litigation practice. This is a full-time position for someone eager to take the next step in their legal career running their own docket and working together on other cases with our small group of capable and experienced litigators. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have excellent communication and writing skills, strong academic credentials, and a desire for deposition and courtroom experience. You will handle all phases of litigation: case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial, along with administrative and alternative dispute resolution within a team setting.

This is primarily an in-person position in Austin, Texas, though we are fully remote capable and flexible in addressing the need to work remotely from time to time.
