Associate Attorney - Business

Reynolds Law, LLP, is seeking an experienced business associate attorney to join our Northern California offices.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in:

• Entity formation and representation
• Succession planning
• Business purchases and sales
• Contract drafting and negotiation
• Commercial leasing

A background in tax and accounting is highly valued. The position offers the opportunity to work directly with a senior partner in managing a diverse and active transactional practice. Candidates must be committed to client service, professional growth, and establishing themselves within the firm’s geographic market.

Qualifications

• Active license with the State Bar of California (required)
• Minimum of three (3) years of business transactional experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters with efficiency and precision
• Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
