Associate Attorney - Trust & Estates

Candidates should possess substantial experience in trusts and estate planning for high-net-worth clients, with a solid understanding of applicable state and federal tax regulations. Familiarity with succession planning, lifetime gifting strategies, estate and income taxation issues, charitable giving, retirement asset planning, and tax-efficient family wealth transfer methods is highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of proven expertise in trusts and estate planning and administration
• Excellent technical knowledge, professionalism, and client service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy abilities
• Collaborative team player mindset
• Active New Jersey bar membership in good standing is required

Salary
The base annual salary range for this position is contingent on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and other factors, including internal equity and geographic location. Generally, salaries for trusts and estates attorneys in New Jersey range from approximately $150,000 to $220,000 annually.
