Systems Limited is looking for a professional to join our Marketing function as a Brands Associate. In this role resource Brand Associate needs to ensure effective delivery of assigned New Product Initiatives (NPIs) by working closely with Category Teams and cross-functional teams under the leadership of Brand Development Manager.
Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring effective follow-up and coordination with all stakeholders.

Drive project agility by identifying opportunities to achieve timelines beyond standard service level agreements (SLAs).

Maintain accurate tracking of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects in the project management system.

Take ownership of packaging artwork (AW) adaptation, ensuring compliance with guidelines developed by strategic brand groups.

Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely execution of packaging artwork adaptations.

Ensure full compliance in Purchase Order (PO) and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) management.

Oversee seamless contract management and vendor risk assessment (CRA).

Support the Brand Deployment Executive (G34) with Brand Standards Enforcement (BSE) management and trade-related queries.

Contribute to broader brand deployment activities and support the team with additional tasks as required.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management.

2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand roles, or hybrid brand/supply chain roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office and project management tools.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.

Flexible and reliable team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
