Associate Business Developer

We're looking for a proactive and results-oriented Associate Business Developer to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across global platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and through direct outreach. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with hands-on experience in B2B sales within the IT and digital services sector.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients across international and local markets
  • Generate leads and close deals via Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other platforms
  • Analyze client requirements and deliver tailored proposals and solutions
  • Prepare and present compelling pitches to prospects
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track KPIs, and meet revenue targets
  • Stay updated on market trends to uncover new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT/digital services)
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, tech stacks, and project delivery models
  • Experience with CRM tools and proposal management systems
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation
  • Bonus: Familiarity with business automation, data analytics, or project management.
