Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Business Development Executive to support our sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through upwork, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain client databases and ensure accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Support senior team members in meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Conduct follow-ups to maintain healthy client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
