Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
Market & Client Expansion (Lead Generation)
- Target Identification: Systematically research and identify potential business clients using online databases, industry insights, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Opportunity Generation: Secure qualified prospects through targeted digital campaigns (email, LinkedIn), cold outreach, industry marketplaces (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr), and active event participation.
- Database Management: Continuously update and grow the prospect database to ensure a strong lead pipeline.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Professional Communication: Initiate, manage, and maintain high-quality professional communication with prospects and clients.
- Trust Building: Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, establishing credibility and a foundation of trust.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare tailored client proposals, sales presentations, and comprehensive follow-up materials.
Sales Process & Performance Tracking
- Pipeline Oversight: Accurately track, update, and manage all client interactions and potential opportunities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or an equivalent field. Sales or digital marketing certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Management. Relevant internship experience or strong academic project work will be considered.
