Job Title: Associate Business Developer

Role Summary

Phaedra Solutions is looking for a driven and proactive Associate Business Developer to join our expanding team. This role is crafted for professionals with up to one year of experience who are passionate about driving client acquisition and fueling strategic revenue growth. You will be instrumental in uncovering new market opportunities, cultivating prospect relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional units to deliver premium business solutions to a global clientele.

Key Responsibilities (KPIs)

Lead Generation & Market Intelligence

  • Source and qualify high-potential leads through rigorous online research, industry-specific databases, and professional networking.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn and email to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Curate and maintain an organized, expanding database of prospective enterprise partners.

Client Relations & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of engagement for new prospects, ensuring all interactions are professional and persuasive.
  • Foster enduring rapport with potential clients to solidify brand authority and trust.
  • Create customized business proposals, strategic follow-up sequences, and high-impact presentation materials for various stages of the sales cycle.

CRM Management & Pipeline Oversight

  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle by meticulously tracking leads and opportunities within GHL and ClickUp.
  • Generate regular performance reports for management, focusing on sales velocity, lead status, and revenue forecasting.
  • Maintain the integrity of client records, ensuring all communication logs and documentation are current.

Meeting Coordination & Sales Support

  • Organize and participate in discovery sessions and formal client presentations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and technical supporting documents for high-level negotiations.
  • Provide tactical administrative support to senior leadership during the final closing phases of contract negotiations.

Strategic Market Analysis

  • Track emerging industry trends and perform competitor audits to maintain a market advantage.
  • Contribute data-driven insights to help refine sales strategies for new market segments.
  • Utilize AI-driven productivity tools to personalize outreach and optimize workflow efficiency.

Inter-Departmental Collaboration

  • Align with the marketing team to ensure outreach campaigns are synchronized with broader sales goals.
  • Coordinate with product and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet client needs.
  • Assist in drafting precise, high-quality responses for RFPs and RFQs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in sales or business development (relevant internships will be valued).
  • Communication: Superior command of English (both written and verbal) with a focus on professional etiquette.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software (GHL/ClickUp) is highly advantageous.
  • Software Skills: Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Sales Knowledge: Solid understanding of the sales funnel and an interest in using AI tools for data analysis and outreach.
