Associate Business Manager - Influencer Sales

Experience You Should Bring

  • Experience in proactive lead generation techniques.
  • Accounting knowledge & MS – Office skills.
  • Fair understanding of B2B purchasing behavior and SME Operations.
  • Experience in customer engagement to deliver smarter and simpler solutions tailored to SME business needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills and effective objection handling capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and effective stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and on board a focused group of influencers who advocate Tally owing to the value they see in the product
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with influencers.
  • Focus on ~30 influencers per year so that influencers speak positively about Tally without being prompted.
  • Strengthening influencer trust and advocacy through personal, consistent and meaningful engagement and experience.
  • Enable influencer advocacy that results in high-quality referrals for Tally.
  • Ensure influencer referrals translate into quality customers with strong product adaptation.
  • Contribute to top-line growth through depth-driven, referral-led customer acquisition.
  • Measure impact through quality of leads, strength of advocacy, and consistency of referrals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
