- Experience in customer engagement to deliver smarter and simpler solutions tailored to SME business needs.
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills and effective objection handling capability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and effective stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What You Will Be Doing
- Identify and on board a focused group of influencers who advocate Tally owing to the value they see in the product
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with influencers.
- Focus on ~30 influencers per year so that influencers speak positively about Tally without being prompted.
- Strengthening influencer trust and advocacy through personal, consistent and meaningful engagement and experience.
- Enable influencer advocacy that results in high-quality referrals for Tally.
- Ensure influencer referrals translate into quality customers with strong product adaptation.
- Contribute to top-line growth through depth-driven, referral-led customer acquisition.
- Measure impact through quality of leads, strength of advocacy, and consistency of referrals.
