ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The listed functions are illustrative only and are not intended to describe every function that may be performed at the job level.

Exercises judgment in determining appropriate coding for inventory records, which affects the entire Warehouse Management System functions for the purchasing, warehouse, and accounting sections.

Provide excellent customer service to approximately 1,200 retailer accounts.

Calculate and maintain product pricing for special order items.

Researches and corrects discrepancies in inventory documents, requisitions, purchase orders, etc.

Resolve problems and provide assistance to co-workers and other staff.

Create, revise, and maintain the master data for inventory records in the Warehouse Management System.

Maintain product FOB cost, incoming freight cost, and calculate selling costs for all special order products using the pricing formula.

Recalculate product pricing when vendor FOB cost changes or freight rates change due to FOB point changes.

Communicate effectively with Liquor Division staff, vendors, licensed sales representatives, and retailers.

Maintain a list of all items currently in the warehouse's section of misshipped special orders.

Provide backup support to the purchasing sections and the division.

Other duties and projects as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of databases, and spreadsheets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (typically in Finance)
Experience:
0-2 years of progressive work experience (typically in Purchasing or Inventory)
OR
Education & Experience Substitution:
3-5 years of progressive work experience (typically in Purchasing or Inventory)
