What You’ll Be Doing :

As our Associate Category Manager, you’ll be the right hand to our Category Managers, helping bring products to the market that people love. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and suppliers to develop product assortments that are both profitable and irresistible.

• Create, process, and track purchase orders for your product categories
• Ensure accuracy and alignment with vendor capabilities and company needs
• Resolve delivery and pricing issues with suppliers
• Help shape category strategies based on market insights and customer data
• Support setting performance targets for growth and profitability
• Research opportunities for new products, segments, or supplier partnerships
• Collaborate with vendors to align assortments with customer preferences
• Conduct regular reviews to assess product performance
• Keep a pulse on competitors to maintain a competitive edge
• Assist in developing pricing strategies based on sales goals and market trends
• Work with marketing to plan and execute impactful promotional campaigns
• Analyze pricing performance and suggest optimizations
• Ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time
• Track lead times, manage stock levels, and avoid costly stock outs or overstocks

What You Bring to the Table:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience in category, product, or purchasing management ideally in the Beauty & Cosmetics industry
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative, customer-first mindset with a sharp eye for detail
