Position: Key Account Projects Manager

Location: Kuwait – Head Office

Type: Full-time

As a Key Account Manager for Projects, you will be responsible for revenue growth and strategic account development within the Projects vertical by managing key client relationships across developers, contractors, and consultants. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, securing projects, and delivering sustainable, profitable business through long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Generation & Commercial Ownership

  • Own and deliver annual sales targets with full accountability for revenue and contribution margins
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the projects segment (fit-out, furniture, finishing)
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure
  • Ensure pricing strategies align with profitability and competitive positioning

2. Key Account Management & Business Development

  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with Abyat’s growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
  • Developers
  • Consultants
  • Contractors
  • Project owners
  • Position Abyat as a trusted partner across project lifecycles
  • Drive repeat business and increase share of wallet across assigned accounts

3. Project Coordination & Delivery Excellence

  • Act as the commercial lead between clients and internal teams (design, estimation, operations)
  • Ensure smooth project execution aligned with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards
  • Proactively manage risks, changes, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle

4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Input

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines
  • Provide insights to support product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
  • Contribute to the expansion of Abyat’s Projects vertical through structured pipeline development

5. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
  • Manage escalations and resolve issues effectively
  • Strengthen client loyalty and long-term partnerships


Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Projects Sales / Key Account Management

Proven track record in:

  • B2B project sales
  • Fit-out / furniture / finishing industries
  • Managing high-value accounts and closing complex deals
