Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA)

ACMA professional is responsible for financial planning, cost control, budgeting, and strategic decision-making support. The role focuses on analyzing financial data, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
  • Support strategic planning and business decision-making

2. Cost & Management Accounting

  • Monitor and control operational costs
  • Analyze cost structures and recommend improvements
  • Prepare cost reports for different departments

3. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS)
  • Assist in audits (internal & external)

4. Business Support

  • Work closely with management to improve profitability
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and project feasibility
  • Provide financial insights for operational decisions

5. Risk Management & Controls

  • Identify financial risks and suggest mitigation strategies
  • Ensure internal controls are implemented effectively

Qualifications & Requirements

  • ACMA qualification (from CIMA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience (depending on role level)
  • Freshers can also apply

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Industry exposure (manufacturing, retail, services, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
