Base Salary: $35,672 (The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the candidate selected is eligible for a years-of-service pay differential, it will be added to the total compensation. A pay differential does not raise the base pay.)

Responsibilities - What you’ll do

• Answer telephone calls and emails for the board’s Licensure section.
• Correspond with applicants both verbally and in writing.
• Process name and address changes.
• File incoming electronic documents.
• Enter information from the applications into the licensure system.
• Mail licenses.

Qualifications - All you need for success

What we are looking for:

Minimum Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of general office procedures and customer service.
• Knowledge of computer applications such as Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Works semi-independently as a team member in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to work rapidly and accurately in handling a large volume of electronic documents.
• Completes data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
