Associate Engineer – IT & DevOps

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile IT & DevOps Engineer to manage our internal IT infrastructure and support our development teams with deployment, automation, and cloud management. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, a problem-solving mindset, and hands-on experience in both IT support and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Support & Infrastructure Management
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT assets, user accounts, and system security (firewalls, antivirus, access control).
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades to improve efficiency and reliability.
• DevOps & Automation
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for smooth code integration and deployment.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure on Azure
• Collaboration & Security
• Work closely with development teams to support agile delivery.
• Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Document technical procedures and provide knowledge-sharing sessions to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support and DevOps/Cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud platform.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
