What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate - HR Analytics who will join our team at Human Resources Directorate.

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Support the development and maintenance of HR analytics tools, systems, and platforms.
• Contribute to the creation of HR reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather HR data requirements and support data-driven initiatives.
• Assist in conducting basic statistical analysis, data cleaning, and data visualization tasks.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in HR analytics and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR data capabilities.
• Support HR projects and initiatives by providing data analysis and insights.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data with detail orientation
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point
• Knowledge of SAP, SQL, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Python is plus
• Strong conceptual design capability
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Project management experience with multi-geography teams
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• Being open to communication is always o priority.
