Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Search, Display & Social Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Execution: Implement multi-channel campaigns while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and performance metrics. 2. Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance data using various tools to identify and report on areas for improvement. 3. Optimize campaign performance using data-driven strategies coupled with creative solutioning. 4. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years proven experience executing and managing social media and paid search campaigns Technical expertise with Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, and Adobe marketing platforms. Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics) to measure campaign performance. Excellent analytical skills that include interpreting data to derive actionable insights that enhance campaign performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate sophisticated concepts to business partners. Additional Requirements: • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. • Experience in managing paid media budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum return on investment. • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills. • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
