Title: Associate Implementation Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor in CS/IT or related field

Experience: 1+ years IT support / systems administration experience

Core Experience:

• Solid hands-on experience with Windows Server and core associated technologies (ADDS, DNS, DHCP).
• Skilled with firewalls, switches, access points; hardware troubleshooting for peripherals & servers
• Basic experience with Microsoft 365 & virtualization platforms
• Proficient in RMM tools: ConnectWise, Kaseya, N-able
• Solid English communication for client interaction & documentation

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience working in a multi-client or healthcare support environment.
• Experience with RMM and PSA tools such as ConnectWise, Datto, or N-able.
• Certifications such as CompTIA (Network+, Security+) or Microsoft Fundamentals (AZ-900, MS-900).

Salary: 120k - 150k ( Depends on skills & Experience )

Timings: 6pm - 3am PST ( Full time, onsite job )

Location: Bahria Town phase 7 Rawalpindi

• Performance Expectations
• Complete deployments and migrations on time with minimal client disruption.
• Produce documentation that meets MSP standards and ensures seamless support handovers.
• Actively build expertise in enterprise technologies and achieve positive client satisfaction scores.
• Meet or exceed SLA response and resolution times for project-related tickets.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
