We are looking for a passionate Associate – Learning and Development who will join our team Learning and Capability Development Directorate in Human Resources in Beko Corporate.
- Support yearly training agenda, plan and follow trainings regularly,
- Work closely with stakeholders in the preparation and coordination of training events,
- Conduct participant communication, training evaluation & feedback surveys and take required actions with program managers,
- Keep track of learner participation, training KPI’s, invoices and prepare training-related reports as needed,
- Keep data up-to-date on Learning Management System and other digital learning platforms,
- Collaborate with colleagues, global and Turkey HR teams, partners, and internal teams to ensure excellence in learning experiences,
- Assist L&D team and trainers in whole training processes, and respond to inquiries,
- Take action to improve learner experience.
The position is located in İstanbul, Türkiye.
How do we describe the perfect Match?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer and Educational Technologies or other related fields,
- Willing to pursue a career in Learning and Development,
- Has experience in learning and development and/or EdTech is a plus,
- Has strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for quality,
- High learning agility,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.
