We’re Hiring | Associate – Legal (Corporate Law)
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 years
Qualification: LL.B./LL.M. + Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

At MakeO (Toothsi | Skinnsi), India’s leading clinical beauty & wellness tech brand, we’re transforming how people experience self-care. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Legal Associate (Corporate Law) who is also a qualified CS to join our growing team.

What you’ll do:
Handle end-to-end corporate legal matters including M&A, investments, fundraising & governance
Draft, review & negotiate corporate/commercial agreements – SHA, SSA, JVAs, M&A docs, vendor contracts
Ensure compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI & other statutory laws
Work with leadership on key legal & business initiatives

What we’re looking for:
2–3 years of strong experience in corporate law, M&A & due diligence
Strong drafting, analytical & negotiation skills
Excellent communication & collaboration abilities
