Associate Manager - B2B Experienced

About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Associate Manager to lead our B2B operations and counseling team in the study abroad segment. The ideal candidate will manage agent relationships, support team performance, and drive business growth through effective leadership and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve B2B partnerships with agents and educational partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and support marketing initiatives.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the application and documentation departments.
• Handle escalations and ensure exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in discipline.
• Proven experience in team leadership and B2B relationship management.
• Prior experience in the study abroad / overseas education sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
