Facility & Maintenance Operations

• Supervise maintenance and repair of physical infrastructure: HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, water supply, and medical gas systems.
• Oversee regular AC repair and maintenance to ensure temperature control in patient care and equipment-sensitive areas.
• Manage the laundry department to maintain hygiene and efficiency in line with hospital infection control standards.
• Administer all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for building systems, equipment, elevators, DG sets, fire safety systems, and utilities.
• Ensure facility safety, compliance, and documentation aligned with regulatory standards (NABH, JCI, OSHA, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair, renovation, and preventive maintenance activities.

IT Infrastructure & Systems

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance of IT products, including computers, servers, printers, telecommunication systems, and network infrastructure.
• Liaise with the hospital’s IT team and vendors for troubleshooting and support of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), PACS, and other healthcare software platforms.
• Monitor IT-related AMCs, software licenses, warranty renewals, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure data security, uptime of hospital digital systems, and availability of IT assets in all departments.
• Support IT asset procurement, inventory, and maintenance schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
