Associate Manager Commercial & SME Risk – Risk Management Group

Key Responsibilities/Required Skill set:

• To scrutinize, analyze and ensure completeness of the credit application to identify credit risk and propose mitigating factors before recommending the credit application;
• To ensure compliance with Bank's Policy, PRs, SBP guidelines and any other guidelines communicated by the line management;
• To prepare and review Office Notes and/or RMG Comments Sheet;
• To prepare/review/finalize BFL's for necessary sign-off;
• To manage and ensure compliance of SBP and Internal Audit Reports;
• To visit and meet obligor(s) at their plant/office to assess their business profile and operations (independently) as well as with Technical Assessment Unit;
• To monitor PDO's/Expired Limits/Deferral's/CAD Deficiencies with the assistance of Credit Monitoring Team (RMG) and business group;
• Prepare and maintain/supervise MIS of the respective portfolio;
• Should have strong analytical , critical thinking and multi-tasking skills;
• Ability to work under pressure, problem solving and decision making skills;
• In-depth knowledge of risk management methodologies;
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations and other banking policies, procedures.

Qualification:

Preferably Master or Bachelor degree in Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent qualification, from HEC Recognized university/Institute.

Locations : Lahore

Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years in relevant field.
