Associate Manager - IT

Job Description:

* Provide first-level support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.

* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.

* Collaborate with senior IT professionals to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.

* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

* Perform routine system updates and patches.

* Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.

* Create user guides and manuals for common IT procedures.

* Provide basic training to end-users on IT tools and applications.

* Assist in conducting workshops or training sessions to enhance IT literacy within the organisation.

* Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

* Unify, Mikrotik router configuration

Job Specification:

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

* Basic understanding of IT concepts, hardware, and software.

* Candidate must have experience of 2 to 3 years.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

* Certifications (if any) in relevant IT areas would be a plus
