Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver CompEx training to delegates from diverse multinational backgrounds.

  • Establish and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

  • Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance in all training activities.

  • Lead the revenue growth of the Training Department across the Middle East region.

  • Drive business development by expanding the training portfolio with technically advanced and market-relevant courses.

  • Define, design, and execute the department’s strategic roadmap covering short-term and long-term objectives.

  • Develop a sales and marketing strategy to promote training programs and complement the company’s product portfolio.

  • Oversee the financial performance of the Training Department, ensuring profitability and cost control.

  • Take full P&L accountability—evaluating the cost–benefit impact of all initiatives and maintaining budget discipline.

  • Ensure daily operations are efficient, professional, and aligned with organizational standards.

  • Build, mentor, and empower internal teams to deliver training and assessments independently.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the department.

  • Strengthen long-term customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.

  • Upgrade training facilities and enhance technical capabilities to support advanced course delivery.

  • Drive initiatives for process optimization, innovation, and cost reduction to improve competitiveness and efficiency.

  • Represent the Training Department at business forums, trade shows, and industry seminars.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field will be an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training management, business development, and strategic planning.

  • Proven experience in managing P&L, quality systems, and customer relationships.

  • Experience in technical training environments (CompEx or similar certifications) preferred.
