Associate Marketer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support and execute paid user acquisition strategies for our mobile apps (primarily Android VPN apps). The ideal candidate should have a passion for data-driven marketing, app growth, and learning how to scale campaigns profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in launching and managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (UAC), Facebook Ads, TikTok, and other DSPs.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to optimize results.
• Analyze user acquisition costs, install rates, and retention data.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Stay up to date with app marketing trends, tools, and platform policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (internship experience can count).
• Familiarity with mobile app marketing tools such as Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience running Google App Campaigns (UAC) or Facebook App Ads.
• Passion for mobile apps and app monetization models (ads/subscriptions).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
