We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate PM/BA to join our team. The ideal candidate will support project planning, coordination, and execution while also gathering and analyzing business requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and tracking project activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Support in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings (for Agile projects).
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in resolving them.
- Maintain project schedules, task trackers, and status reports.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the project management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in, Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 1 year of relevant experience in project management, coordination, or business analysis.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Exposure to requirement gathering and process improvement techniques.
- Certification in CAPM, Agile, or Business Analysis (optional but a plus).

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
