We are looking for an energetic and disciplined Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the delivery of intelligent robotic and AI-based healthcare solutions. You will work alongside experienced product managers and technical teams to drive cross-functional execution. This role offers early ownership, active sprint participation, and deep engagement in market research, backlog management, and proof-of-concept delivery for next-gen elder care solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Candidates should have 1.5–2 years of experience working with digital products, preferably across both web and mobile applications.
- Strong skills in research and competitor analysis.
- Proven experience working closely with product design teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, and familiarity with Figma.
- Should be proficient in creating financial models to support product planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to manage agile sprint cycles, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Maintain product backlog with clear prioritization and grooming in tools like Jira and Trello.
- Write and manage detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria with clarity for engineering and design teams.
- Support the creation of product roadmaps, Gantt charts, sprint plans, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and cross-functional planning meetings.
- Assist in validating product concepts through user interviews, stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and early-stage prototyping.
- Conduct competitor research and emerging technology analysis to benchmark product features.
- Work on internal and partner-facing product documentation, release notes, training content, and demo material in coordination with marketing and UX teams.
- Track product KPIs post-release and collaborate with data analysts and QA engineers to monitor impact and suggest improvements.
- Serve as a communication bridge between development, design, and external stakeholders, helping ensure a shared understanding of timelines and scope.
- Understand and escalate technical or operational risks to senior PMs and propose mitigation strategies.
