Key Responsibilities
-
Take ownership of product initiatives after initial training and onboarding
-
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and define product requirements
-
Translate requirements and workflows of the project into the Feature List and Wireframes
-
Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
-
Collaborate in prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure timely and valuable deliveries
-
Collaborate with design, development, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features aligned with business goals
-
Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective) for assigned projects
-
Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure deadlines are respected
-
Gather feedback, analyze performance, and continuously improve product features and processes
-
Have a value-driven mindset for product development: prioritizes the outcomes and benefits for the user and business over simply building features
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
-
Hardworking & Reliable: Demonstrates commitment and consistency in execution

Critical Thinker: Able to assess situations, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions

Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in requirements, documentation, and reviews

Ownership Mindset: Takes responsibility for tasks, outcomes, and project success

Deadline-Oriented: Able to manage time effectively and deliver under pressure

Quick Learner: Picks up new concepts, tools, and domain knowledge rapidly

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (hands-on experience is a plus)

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software (preferred)
