Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of product initiatives after initial training and onboarding
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and define product requirements
• Translate requirements and workflows of the project into the Feature List and Wireframes
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
• Collaborate in prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure timely and valuable deliveries
• Collaborate with design, development, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features aligned with business goals
• Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective) for assigned projects
• Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure deadlines are respected
• Gather feedback, analyze performance, and continuously improve product features and processes
• Have a value-driven mindset for product development: prioritizes the outcomes and benefits for the user and business over simply building features
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Hardworking & Reliable: Demonstrates commitment and consistency in execution
• Critical Thinker: Able to assess situations, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions
• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in requirements, documentation, and reviews
• Ownership Mindset: Takes responsibility for tasks, outcomes, and project success
• Deadline-Oriented: Able to manage time effectively and deliver under pressure
• Quick Learner: Picks up new concepts, tools, and domain knowledge rapidly
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (hands-on experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software (preferred)
