Associate Project Manager

Shift Timing: Night Shift (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM) | On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
• Deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with defined objectives
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to optimize team performance
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans to track progress
• Manage changes in scope, timelines, and budgets using appropriate methodologies and tools
• Monitor project performance through relevant metrics and reporting systems
• Collaborate with fellow APMs and PMs to enhance processes and workflows
• Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and issue updates to the Senior Project Manager
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Oversee and manage third-party vendor relationships
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years), preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 1 year of experience as a software developer preferred, with solid technical understanding of software development and web technologies
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience
• Strong client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills
• Sound knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
