Associate Project Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring an Associate Project Manager to manage and coordinate digital marketing and growth-related projects. This role requires strong project management discipline and a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts so you can coordinate effectively with marketing teams, designers, content writers, and developers while ensuring timelines, quality, and outcomes are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing projects (SEO, social media, paid ads, email marketing, landing pages, tracking setup, and related initiatives).
  • Convert requirements into tasks, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with clear ownership.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Content, Development) to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
  • Maintain project plans, task boards, documentation, and weekly status reporting.
  • Conduct basic QA on marketing deliverables (copy, creatives, links, UTM structure, landing page readiness, and tracking checks).
  • Track and report key performance indicators in coordination with the marketing team (for example leads, CPL, CTR, conversions, traffic growth).
  • Identify risks and blockers early, propose solutions, and keep delivery on track.
  • Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and ensure timely follow-ups and action items.
  • Support SOPs, templates, and continuous process improvements for marketing project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination or associate project management (marketing agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, social media workflows, paid ads concepts (Meta and Google), email marketing basics, landing pages and conversion concepts, and high-level tracking knowledge (Pixels, GA4, UTMs).
  • Hands-on experience with project tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, or Notion.
  • Excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and strong follow-up habits.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
