Requirements

• 3-year or 5-year law degree from a leading law school.
• Prior experience in handling Land Acquisition and Arbitration matters.
• Experience in appearing and representing clients before District Court, Quasi judicial Authorities, High Courts & Supreme court.
• Proficient in drafting Statements of Claim (SOC), Statements of Defence (SOD), Evidence, Counter Affidavits & SLPs.
• Proficient in both English and Hindi.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preference:
Candidates with strong Hindi drafting skills will be given preference.
