Position: Associate / Sr. Associate Product Manager (Supply Chain)
Location: Karachi (On-site)
Salary: 100K – 300K + Subsidized Pick & Drop + Bonus + Medical & More

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage inventory, monitor sales trends, and optimize pricing.
• Suggest product enhancements to elevate user experience.
• Conduct market and consumer research to identify needs and gaps.
• Prioritize new feature implementations and define clear timelines.
• Coordinate with marketing for effective product positioning and campaigns.
• Monitor user feedback post-launch and prepare actionable insights.
• Create internal & external training and support documents.
• Analyze competitors and take full ownership of the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s (BBA/MBA) in Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years of relevant on-site experience in product management.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior & marketing techniques.
• E-commerce experience preferred (SEO, SEM, PPC, digital tools).
