We are looking for a passionate Associate – Talent Management who will join our team at Human Resources Directorate in Beko Corporate.

What awaits you in this role?

• Supporting Organizational Assignment Processes
  Assist in coordinating workflows related to organisational assignments by collaborating with HR Business Partners and Organisational Development Teams.
• Data Management & Reporting
  Help collect, organise, and maintain data on key talent metrics. Support analysis efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management and development programmes.
• Human Resources Planning & Talent Mapping Support
  Contribute to the annual HR Planning and Talent Mapping cycle by preparing materials and assisting HR Business Partners with data and documentation. Actively participate in digitalization of Talent processes.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
  Work closely with other HR Centre of Excellence and Global HR teams to respond to inquiries and support ongoing department initiatives.
• Development Centre Coordination
  Assist in the coordination of development centre applications, including liaising with HR Business Partners and external suppliers under supervision.
• Budget & Purchasing Support
  Help track and record budget and invoicing activities using the organisation’s platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Project Participation
  Participate in global and local HR projects as a team member, contributing to planning, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Team Collaboration & Communication
  Collaborate with People & HR Leaders and team members to support project execution and ensure alignment with goals.
• Learning & Development Support
  Assist in implementing talent management strategies such as succession planning, leadership development by supporting programme logistics and communications.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Management Engineering.
• Ability to provide guidance and counseling to departments.
• Competence in coordination and organizational tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Broad thinking regarding business strategies and operations.Strong understanding of market and customer needs.
• Motivation to achieve outstanding results.
• Ability to recognize and understand the emotions of others.
