Associate Trainer

Shorewest Realtors, Inc. has an opportunity for an Associate Trainer to join our family and continue our tradition of providing the best real estate training in the state of Wisconsin. You will….

• Conduct in-person training for new associates
• Provide monthly on-line training for experienced sales associates
• Work with our Leadership Team to provide other training or coaching as needed
• Assist with national speakers and training programs that are brought in for company events and learning opportunities
• Create and implement new innovative programs to help sales associates grow their businesses
• Effectively communicate and drive Shorewest’s value proposition
• Exemplify and promote the Shorewest culture of Family and Team

You will need…

• 3+ years experience as a licensed real estate agent
• Knowledge and experience of the residential real estate market
• Extraordinary people skills
• Ability to communicate with all personality types
• Experience with training individuals and groups
• Familiarity with providing online meetings and training sessions
• A comfort level with the utilization of Google Docs, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Zoom Meetings, and Microsoft Office Suite
• A positive and professional social media presence and ability to guide others on the benefits of social media in real estate
• Knowledge of the rules and systems of NAR, WRA, Local Real Estate Boards, and the MLS
• Familiarity or willingness to learn Shorewest tools and online systems
