Associate Transaction Processing Consultant

Completes processing of transactions in external customer applications

Entry-level transaction processing position for those who are new to business process outsourcing and are developing their expertise. Receives detailed instruction on routine work and is responsible for processing transactions in external customer applications under supervision. As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to process transactions in external customer applications and makes major modifications in the data and adds value to it within assigned timelines, productivity and quality SLAs as defined by the external customer. Work involve+F2s using analytical skills sufficient to interpret data/ instructions with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying the relevant customer standards with limited autonomy.
