About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in user experience (UX) design principles, visual design, and hands-on expertise with Figma and Framer to develop high-quality interactive websites and prototypes.
You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and marketing teams to design user-friendly web experiences that align with brand identity and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers/clients to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform the design process.
- Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using industry-standard design tools and best practices.
- Apply user-centered design principles to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation fidelity.
- Conduct iterative design reviews and gather feedback to refine and improve the user experience.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and brand standards across multiple platforms and devices.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and processes.
- Advocate for the importance of user experience and user-centered design within the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, human-computer interaction, interaction design, cognitive science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in UX/Ul design or a similar role.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Webflow.
- Familiarity with design systems, component-based design and auto layout.
- Understanding of accessibility principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of basic motion design principles.
- Experience with user interface design for mobile and web applications
