Responsibilities
Electrical System Design and Integration:

Lead the planning, design, and development of advanced electrical systems, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical, civil, and other engineering components.

Review and approve electrical design documents, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project goals, energy efficiency benchmarks, and industry standards.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to design systems that maximize sustainability, optimize energy consumption, and align with green energy objectives.
Control And Instrumentation Systems

Oversee the end-to-end design, installation, and commissioning of control and instrumentation systems that ensure precise monitoring, control, and operation of electrical equipment.

Supervise the testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of C&I systems to verify performance, functionality, and reliability.

Develop strategies to enhance automation, system integration, and real-time data acquisition for improved operational efficiency.
Compliance With Standards And Regulations

Ensure all electrical and C&I designs strictly adhere to local, national, and international safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Actively monitor emerging regulations and industry trends, adapting organizational practices to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.

Coordinate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals, prepare compliance reports, and ensure successful project certifications.
Project Execution And Budget Management

Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of electrical and C&I engineering projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within the agreed timelines.

Prepare and manage project budgets, perform cost analysis, and allocate resources effectively to achieve financial objectives.

Act as a technical advisor during the project implementation phase, addressing complex engineering challenges and ensuring optimal outcomes.
Team Leadership And Development

Provide visionary leadership to the electrical and control & instrumentation (C&I) engineering teams, defining strategic goals and fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes innovation and excellence.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
