  • Experience in CRM Setup & Sales Pipeline Management.
  • Experience in Sales Performance Tracking.
  • Experience in setup Project Tracking & Management.
  • Act as the primary support resource for CRM Training & Onboarding.
  • Experience in Platform Optimization & Best Practices.

Responsibilities

1. CRM Setup & Sales Pipeline Management

  • Customize the Zoho CRM to reflect on client’s unique sales process.
  • Configure lead management, deal stages, and pipeline flows.
  • Streamline conversion mapping and remove redundant stages.
  • Align pipeline design with sales forecasting and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure CRM supports team goals.

2. Sales Performance Tracking

  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards using Zoho Analytics.
  • Track and report on KPIs including conversion rates, revenue, and team performance.
  • Support sales forecasting efforts and develop visual reports to guide strategic decisions.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven improvements.

3. Project Tracking & Management

  • Set up and manage Zoho Projects for cross-functional teams.
  • Create and maintain task timelines, calendar views, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Ensure project visibility and accountability across departments.
  • Support task assignment, permissions management, and timesheet logging.

4. CRM Training & Onboarding

  • Deliver structured training sessions for new CRM admins and consultants.
  • Create user guides and onboarding materials using beginner-friendly tutorials and Zoho documentation.
  • Ensure smooth transition for new users into the Zoho environment.
  • Act as the primary support resource for CRM-related queries and guidance.

5. Platform Optimization & Best Practices

  • Recommend and implement best practices for using Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects.
  • Stay up to date with new Zoho features and functionalities.
  • Offer continuous improvements to support process automation and reporting efficiency.
