Position Title: Senior Project Manager – Operations & Project Execution
Location: Gandhinagar
Salary: ₹60,000/- per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead operations and project execution in water treatment and renewable (solar) projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in handling government tenders, managing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project execution across water treatment and solar projects.
• Manage the preparation, submission, and execution of government tenders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and government bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project execution and management.
• Strong expertise in operations and project management.
• Hands-on experience with government tenders (preparation, submission, execution).
• Excellent people management and leadership skills.
• Engineering background with strong technical knowledge, particularly in water treatment projects.
• Knowledge of solar projects (preferred but not compulsory).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or relevant field).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
• Proven track record in handling large-scale EPC/government projects.
