About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Human Resources to manage HR operations, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement initiatives. The role also supports learning and organizational development (OD) programs, helping to build an efficient, compliant, and people-focused workplace.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee attendance, leave management, employee records, and contract administration.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, EOBI, SESSI, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Support HR audits, documentation, and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Support workforce planning and talent acquisition aligned with business needs.
- Maintain updated HR databases and personnel files.
Compensation & Benefits / Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory laws.
- Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursements, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
- Administer employee benefits (EOBI, SESSI, health insurance, gratuity, etc.) and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and benefits analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all employee pay and benefits records.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policy.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals, KPIs, and probation reviews.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs to promote morale and productivity.
Learning & Organizational Development (Intermediate Level)
- Support organizational development initiatives such as engagement surveys, process improvement, and culture-building projects.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning programs.
- Maintain employee skill matrices and development progress reports.
- Contribute to change management, communication, and succession planning efforts.
Reporting & HR Systems
- Generate HR metrics and analytics for management decision-making.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
