  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Conduct background checks and manage the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage payroll processing, including accurate salary disbursements, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Administer employee benefits, such as health plans, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Mediate employee conflicts and handle grievances.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and surveys.
  • Policy and Compliance:
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the organization complies with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Create health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
  • Performance Management:
  • Manage the performance appraisal process.
  • Identify training needs and develop or coordinate training programs.
  • Support career development and succession planning.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records, including personnel files and performance documentation.
  • Ensure legal retention requirements for all employee data are met.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and serve as a point of contact for HR-related matters.
